| About the Head Consultant |
| Head consultant Victoria Liu was a pioneer in Chinese Spa industry. She led the trend of Spa travel establishing a high-end market-focused travel agent in 1998. Meanwhile, she participated in the International Spa Association(ISPA) as an active member. The next year, she published the first spa book—titled “Falling in Love with Spa”in Taiwan. The book was also introduced to China four years later. She was also one of the founders of the Taiwan Spa Association in 1999, and contribute her expertise to serve TSPA as PR/marketing Director, Secretary General and now Education Director. |

| After many years of worldwide spa research, Ms. Liu felt deeply sorry for the Chinese Spa market when language is the major obstacle for executing professional spa training programs and education systems. With a lack of international information, standards of spa operations cannot satisfy the demand of the industry. That’s why she founded SPARK Spa and Wellness Academy in 2005. Both Chinese and English language background, she devotes herself to spa research and transform the most up-to-date spa information worldwide to adapt to the Chinese culture even to other culture. |
